Josh carried out a pre-purchase pest and termite inspection on the old Queenslander I bought last year. The whole process was very easy. Josh was very thorough and took the time to explain the minor issues he found, along with solutions available to resolve the problems once the house was mine. Josh was very prompt, polite and thorough. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
